STRONG, SOLID WOOD, GLAMINATED

We make houses of solid wood & timber from pine & spruce, that’s glued, laminated and dried using the finest technologies available in Europe. Our homes are designed to make the most durable, long lasting & least maintenance houses which also come along with a warranty from our end.

WHY GLULAM HOUSES

Glulam are Glued and laminated timber that are made up of layers of solid wood & lumber bonded together with engineering technology. The finished product is stronger than non engineered solid beams. During production bonding of individual lamellas, their subsequent pressing & drying allows to achieve maximum strength. This results in an enormously strong solid beam that is resistant to internal stress. As compared the non engineered Solid Wood over time is subjected to internal stress which eventually leads to deformation, warping and appearance of radial cracks in the wood. The deformation also leads to increased air exchange in the wood diminishing the thermal conductivity and acceleration of wood detoriation.

ECONOMICAL

Our wooden houses come in ready kits, and are assembled in an interlocking manner. This could take hardly a few weeks to a few months to execute the construction of the entire house, and ends up saving you time and money.
